Please recommend a moving company

XP from LIF...

So as some of you know, DH and I are relocating to GA. We're thankful and grateful and excited to buy our dream house. Thank God!

But this moving business is stressful and there are so many bad companies out there.

Can you please recommend a moving company that is reasonable and honest/reliable?

We need to be in GA no later than 4/9!

Sasha-when my folks moved to AZ froon NY they used Allied. They had a small issue with a broken CD player but they compensated them.

Choosing moving companies is very difficult.

It took them about 8 days to get from NY to AZ with the van. They also shipped their car and I can find out who they used as well if you need.

Oh-Sasha-the fun begins! You thought getting the job and the house was hard!

Thanks Susan! I'll look into Allied! You are absolutely right...it's so hard to find a good one!

And yes, the jobs and the house were the 'easy' part...this moving business suck s!!

It's the sleaziest industry. Do you need the car carrier company or are you guys going to drive your car stuffed to the rafters?
